Athlete Sign-Up
The registration fee is $50 per athlete to play in the tournament. 50% of each athlete’s entrance fee will be donated to the JCK Foundation. Each athlete will receive a commemorative t-shirt. There will be plenty of food and water at the field. The tournament will be slow pitch softball. There will be an after party. We will send out the details once they are finalized!
